Concept

Project is a 5 storey + attic concept hotel. The Building abuts streets on either sides. The concept was to ensure two styles in place, both contemporary and colonial style architecture. Hence we took the overhead street view to have a two storeyed colonial bungalow view and the rear road stands a 6 storey building with a contemporary face lift , hence a fusion. The property also accommodates an alluring artificial Waterfall 45' high within the building. The tourists are welcomed in high class facilities of a category hotel with the touch and feel of nature : Hill views , Waterfalls and floating deck to explore the mist and breeze of Munnar..
