With the increase in tourists to the region, client approached us to develop his land, for tourists, as an investment with easy and fast returns. We proposed ferro- shell structure of rooms which is very cost effective and the form itself invokes curiosity. The design is initiated as different units that can be clubbed together for different types of uses : family, business, solo tourists, groups etc..
